Foundation and Philanthropic Partnerships
The latest estimates suggest the developing world will need at least $2 trillion a year to adapt to climate change and transition away from fossil fuels.
We help connect major foundations and philanthropic partners to local actors on the frontlines of the climate crisis. Our localization strategy helps identify organizations in at-risk countries, provide financial support, and develop capacity building programs for new and innovative projects.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Since 1988, more than 70 percent of global emissions have come from just 100 companies. A growing movement of academics, young people, and political activists is working to align social and economic goals for a sustainable future.
Businesses are recognizing growing consumer demand for sustainable solutions and decarbonization across operations and supply chains. We support efforts such as The Climate Pledge among other initiatives and work directly with senior business executives on corporate sustainability and ESG strategies.

Technical Writing and Proposal Development
Fossil fuel lobbyists continue to wield unprecedented influence in the global COP architecture and other multilateral forums, often outnumbering official Indigenous participants and civil society advocates.
Civil society and frontline communities play a critical role in informing the public about the climate crisis by shifting attitudes and opinions, and defining scalable solutions. We offer technical writing services in support of mission driven organizations focused on social and environmental activism. Together, we can make a difference.

Policy Research & Reports
Global emissions need to be cut 43% by 2030. Our best chance of achieving this or any future target is through public policy action.
We offer a global network of experts that can analyze the impact of climate policies, write economic and policy based recommendations, and provide greater context of legislative or environmental debates by engaging with industry, civil society, governments, and local communities.

International Conservation
Only 17% of terrestrial and 8% of marine areas are under some form of environmental protection. We must reach at least 30% by 2030.
Biodiversity loss represents a major global risk. We work to promote public-private investments and help encourage innovative financial mechanisms for large-scale conservation initiatives in the developing world.

Advocacy & Legislative Analysis
The UNDP and Oxford University conducted a survey on climate change, finding that 64% of people view climate change as an emergency.
We support advocacy efforts, but do not engage in direct lobbying. Our work encourages greater understanding of legislative efforts to address the climate crisis at the subnational, national, and international level.

High-Level Events and Programming
In 2015, the UN created 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Goal 13 recognizes the need for climate action by improving education, awareness-raising, and human and institutional capacity.
We aim to strengthen democratic governance and pluralism in support of climate action by improving public understanding of climate projections and building capacities for the future. We engage with well-recognized voices and build partnerships across civil society for high-level events and conferences.
